A person has two things:

Heart Mind

A person who lives his life according to his heart lives life fully with all joys and happiness, at the same point a person lives his life according to his brain is always tensed. He treats every thing coming up in his way through his mind only, so pleasures and smiling part of life is always left behind. But that doesn't mean that you always need to live your life with heart only.
